Creating a specific place for everything

Give your things a home! Finding a specific place for your things is a great way to keep track of your stuff. This can help you to avoid losing things or having to search for them.

Breaking down tasks into smaller steps

We’ve all heard of to-do lists, but even just writing down the things you need to do a creating little sub-tasks for them is a great way to make things seem less daunting and more manageable. Many apps are available, both free and paid, for managing your tasks. If digital isn’t your jam, you can definitely break it down on paper just as easily!

Plan ahead

Planning ahead can certainly be challenging for someone with ADHD, but if you’re able to do so, it can help you to avoid last-minute stress and be more productive. Try to set specific times to do specific tasks. Routines can definitely help someone with ADHD get things done.

Maintaining a calendar can help you remember appointments, deadlines, and other important dates.
